Adoration Chapel

Inside the Adoration Chapel

The Adoration Chapel opened on the first Saturday of November 2007. Hours are from 3pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On the first Saturday of the month it is open after 10am Mass and closes before the vigil Mass at 7.30pm. People commit to one hour of prayer or are free to call in anytime for a few minutes during the opening times. The benefits of taking the time to pray are many and give you a chance to take a breath, reflect or just sit in the Lord’s presence. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed in the Chapel and silence is observed. At the moment we are looking for people to commit to Monday from 5pm to 6pm, Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm, Friday from 6pm to 7pm and Friday 7pm to pm. We try to have at least two people in the Chapel for each hour. Why not give it a try?
